My goal is to provide you with the most personalized approach to finding the most suitable nanny for your family, whether it be full time, part time or live in.

My Background

From being an elementary school teacher and esthetician, I found myself in an unexpected situation after two cervical fusions left me temporarily paralyzed. Struggling to take care of my family and household, I searched for a nanny and realized how difficult it was to find quality child care.

Although the nanny recommended wasn’t the right fit for my family, I posted about her on Facebook because she was great. I received over 40 message requests for her number in just one day. I quickly realized that many moms in my area were struggling to find trustworthy childcare.

As I continued to see local moms posting about their search for nannies, I began to send them phone numbers of nannies I knew were looking for work. Helping families find the right fit for their children became a passion project for me. I soon had a network of both families and nannies and started matching them based on their needs, availability, and most importantly, their personalities and values.

My services were in high demand and soon I found myself dedicating my time full-time to matching local families with quality childcare. It was extremely fulfilling to be able to help families navigate the often stressful and tedious nanny search. Thanks to my connections and dedication, I was able to make a positive impact in the lives of both families and nannies.

Naturally, as the demand for quality Nannie’s continued to grow, Carnation Home Care was born!
